When starting a fast-paced workout, most people crave a nice pair of sunglasses. However, if you have bad eyesight, your options are very limited.
You can consider the methods below.

• Wear contact lenses and sunglasses.
• Buy sunglasses that allow you to clip the prescription clip to the inside of the sunglasses.
• You can open and close the sunglasses lenses and buy sunglasses with a clip on the inside.
• Buy sunglasses that can be processed into lenses.

There are four ways for people with poor eyesight to choose sunglasses.
I have tried all 4 of these methods. Let’s take a look at its pros and cons.

Wearing sunglasses after wearing contact lenses makes the gap between the eyes and sunglasses the narrowest to prevent the wind from entering, but it does not completely prevent the wind from blowing into the eyes.
While riding, the wind blows through your eyes, making them dry, and after riding for more than 4 hours, you can feel that your eyes are very dry.
When I come home from riding, my eyes are bloodshot.

I think this method is a good choice for those who do not feel the dryness of their eyes, and those who usually ride within 3 hours.

There are many products that attach the prescription clip to the inside of the sunglasses.
This form is divided into many likes and dislikes of people who have used each product.
This is because this form needs to be divided into “sunglasses with a far distance from the clip and eyes” and “sunglasses with a close distance between the clip and eyes”.

The actual sunglass lenses are far from the eyes in order to create an area where the dioptric clip is inserted and to give the distance between the eyes and the dioptric clip.

If you make this choice, you have to think a lot about which sunglasses to choose.
This is because if the curvature of sunglasses is high, it becomes difficult to process the lens.

Sunglasses that fit perfectly on the face like athletes and make them look like athletes have a high degree of curvature, so most opticians will say that lenses cannot be inserted into these sunglasses.

However, if you choose sunglasses that have a certain degree of curvature (not high) and adhere well to your face, and process and insert the lenses, you will be most satisfied.
It blocks the wind from entering the eyes to some extent, and the distance from the eyes is guaranteed, so it can prevent moisture from entering.
